In a significant move, DigitalBridge Group Inc. (NYSE: DBRG) has announced the acquisition of Japan-based JTower Co., Ltd. (TSE: 4485).

The acquisition, which values JTower at approximately 6312 million, marks a strategic expansion for DigitalBridge in the global telecommunications infrastructure market.

The tender offer for JTower shares will remain open until October 10, 2023, providing ample time for shareholders to consider the offer.

Once the acquisition is complete, JTower will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of DigitalBridge and will be delisted from the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
